Shipping policy

We ship within the contiguous United States, Canada, Australia, to select European countries (United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, Poland, Austria).

For international shipping outside of the areas above, contact us at sales@tetravan.com and we can work with you on a special shipping quote.

Please note that ALL international shipping is subject to customs duties or excise taxes based on the laws of the country being shipped to. Tetravan does not cover these costs and they will be your responsibility to pay for on delivery. Additionally, while we can help you estimate what these fees will be, we can't calculate them exactly.
