Overview

It all began with a simple question - how artistic, comfortable and beautiful could a humble cargo trailer get?

Hundreds of design and build hours later, something unique emerged: a luxury cargo trailer conversion. With an interior that rivals a yacht or private jet, and features that match premium van conversions, this is not your average trailer.

Premium Body - We chose the ATC Raven Limited as the base for this project because it offers the highest quality and most structurally sound frame in the industry.
Well Insulated - The floor, ceiling, walls and doors of the trailer have been insulated with with 1" rigid insulation foam for comfort in four seasons.
Roof Rack + Awning - For all of your adventures, the trailer has been outfitted with a custom powder coated aluminum roof rack and an extendable Fiamma awning.
Entry Step - Custom designed aluminum entry step allows easy access.
Night-time Lighting - Subtle courtesy lights and a floodlight are available to light up the exterior when you need visibility at night.

Multiple Cooking Surfaces - Two large cooking and prep surfaces made of slate Paperstone. A deep stainless steel sink makes doing dishes easy.
Fridge and Freezer - Bring all of your ingredients on the road with an energy efficient Isotherm Cruise 85L stainless fridge with freezer.
Gourmet Appliances - Cook your meals with a CampChef propane stove, and brew espresso with a countertop Nespresso machine.
Convertible Dinette - An upholstered dinette with foldable leaves converts into a twin bed.
Premium Sound System - Twin Audioengine speakers and subwoofer let you enjoy music while you are cooking or relaxing.

Custom Bed Platform - A custom-designed baltic birch plywood bed platform allows airflow with rock solid stability.
Cubbies and Charging - Store essentials in a bedside cubby, and charge your devices easily with two USB ports.
Panoramic Back Door - Trailer's barn doors give an incredible view, while a custom magnetic bug screen keeps critters out.

Tetravan Folding Shower - Tetravan's signature folding shower with included magnetic curtain allows you to take a hot shower without taking up extra space.
Tetravan Bed Ladder - This lightweight aluminum ladder is designed specifically to hook onto the handle of a Tetravan Shower to make it easy to climb in and out of bed.
Stowable Toilet - The Dometic 2.6 gallon portable toilet stows away in a drawer when not in use. It can also be removed easily from the trailer.

Kitchen Cabinets - Store your pots, pans, dishes, and dry goods in spacious cupboards, drawers and cubbies.
Dish Storage - Custom upholstered dish storage inserts for an included Falcon enamelware dish set.
Clothing Wardrobe - Store your clothes or other toiletries in a large wardrobe with deep shelf space.
Shoe Cubby - Store your shoes by the door with a dedicated cubby.
Premium Latches - All cabinets secure with premium stainless steel marine latches.

Spacious Garage - 105 cubic foot garage with tie-downs lets you store plenty of extra gear. The electrical and plumbing systems are beautifully presented and organized from the rest of the garage.
Renewable Power - 600W of rooftop solar provides a ton of renewable power, which is stored in a 200Ah Renogy Lithium Iron Phosphate battery. There's room for a second battery for even more storage.
Charge Everything - Renogy 2000w inverter/charger allows you to charge all of your devices with 110v power accessible via 4 standard outlets throughout the trailer.
Plentiful Water - 30 gallon internal fresh water tank lets you stay off grid for longer than most vans.
Climate Controlled - A Nomadic 12V Air Conditioner keeps you cool in the summer, and a diesel heater keeps you warm in the winter.
On-Demand Hot Water - A Camplux tankless gas water heater lets you enjoy hot water for showers and washing dishes.

Convertible Kitchen

The stove has a fold down cover when you aren't using it, turning one of your kitchen countertops into a office workspace.

Convertible Shower

The Tetravan Folding Shower is the only shower that folds up when you are not using it. To use, fold it down and attach the included magnetic shower curtain - it takes under a minute to set up. Then enjoy a hot shower!

Our Design Principles

Spacious

The trailer feels roomy with 6'5" of headroom and 582 cubic ft. It's perfect for 2 and sleeps up to 3.

For comparison: the common Sprinter 144 has 372 cubic ft.

FAQs

The trailer can be pulled with any full size truck (ex: Ford F-150) or larger vehicle.

This is not an off-road trailer. While the trailer is short and high enough to handle a rugged dirt road, it is technically intended for paved road conditions.

Yes! The external branding can be easily removed for the buyer.

This is a one of a kind build. Tetravan currently does not have plans to produce more trailers.

This trailer was built by a single craftsman. With his extensive cabinetry, woodworking, and building experience, Julian, the founder of Tetravan, handcrafted and designed every inch of the trailer himself.

This is a new trailer. Besides several test excursions, it has not been used.

Yes! Please contact us to set up an appointment to visit the trailer in person at the Tetravan shop, an industrial warehouse located about 5 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport.
